Patients appreciate the competence and good performance of their doctors. The doctors benefit from the pro-active and positive recommendations of their patients and do provide that to a wider public audience. Without any disgraceful criticism.

The innovative portal was tested as a pilot in the Rhein-Neckar region and is now being introduced to further regions. CSI is the official licensing partner initially for the state of Bavaria.

What is it that differentiates bessereaerzte.de from other review portals?

Real patients, a serious environment and an extensive regional marketing concept. Entering the review solely happens within the doctor´s office hence only real patients can give ratings.  The positive side effect: for the first time patients who are satisfied with the doctor are also being addressed. Therefore the reviews are predominantly positive. And in any case of criticism patients are enabled to get in touch with the examinating doctor via a free text field.
